However, kids need to hydrate! As adults, we typically recognize we are thirsty and will in-turn drink something.     You know the saying, they go together like peanut You know the saying, they go together like peanut butter and jelly and it’s because they truly are the perfect pair. For this week’s Amy’s Effortless Eats we are bringing together pb&j for a truly epic yogurt bowl! Check it out:

PB&J Yogurt Bowl = peanut butter + raspberry jam + plain greek yogurt + sliced banana + toasted peanuts
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Place greek yogurt in the bottom of a shallow bowl top with sliced bananas and toasted peanuts. Place a dollop of peanut butter and jam to the side to swirl in as you eat.
