Pistachio Crusted Chicken Fingers


1 package chicken tenders

1 ½  cups ground pistachios (pulverized in food processor)

1 cup flour

Egg wash (2 eggs beaten)


Dredge chicken tenders in flour, then eggwash, then ground pistachios.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
