Pistachio Crusted Chicken Fingers
INGREDIENTS 1 package chicken tenders 1 ½ cups ground pistachios (pulverized in food processor) 1 cup flour Egg wash (2 eggs beaten) INSTRUCTIONS Dredge chicken tenders in flour, then eggwash, then ground pistachios.
